Treblemakers ("the Service") is a search engine that aggregates listings of used musical instruments from third-party online marketplaces. We do not sell instruments directly. All purchases are made through the original marketplace (Reverb, eBay, Guitar Center, etc.).

2. No Warranty on Listings

Listing data (prices, descriptions, images, availability) is sourced from third-party marketplaces and may be delayed or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing data. Always verify details on the marketplace before purchasing.

3. Affiliate Links

Outbound links to marketplace listings may include affiliate tracking parameters. When you make a purchase through these links, Treblemakers may earn a commission. This does not affect the price you pay. Affiliate relationships are disclosed in compliance with FTC guidelines.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically access the Service beyond normal use
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Submit malicious queries designed to exploit our AI search system

5. Intellectual Property

Listing content (titles, descriptions, images) belongs to the original sellers and marketplaces. Treblemakers' original content, design, and code are protected by copyright. The Treblemakers name and logo are our trademarks.

If you believe content displayed on Treblemakers infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@treblemakers.shop with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material on our site, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good faith belief, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
