What counts as one CMA report?▶
Each finalized report counts as one — from the moment you click "Generate PDF." Drafts (where you're still selecting comps) don't consume a report. You can save a draft and return to it later.
Do unused monthly reports roll over?▶
No. Monthly report quotas reset at the start of each billing period. If you need flexibility, à la carte credits never expire and work alongside your subscription.
What are à la carte report credits?▶
Credits work like a prepaid balance — each credit is good for one finalized report. They stack with your subscription quota and never expire. Dealers can also earn free credits by confirming past sales.
Who is white-label PDF for?▶
The Appraiser tier lets you upload your firm logo to your profile once. Every report you generate shows your logo instead of the Treblemakers wordmark — no per-report setup required.
Can I switch plans?▶
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately (prorated). Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no lock-in contracts — cancel any time.
